Bombay Velvet Ship Shot DMP Breakdown

It was fun to work on Cargo ship DMP establishing shot in Bombay Velvet project in Prana studios in 2015. The main challenge was to use the cargo ship design provided by the art direction team in this movie. This cargo reference image was in black and white and of low res in quality. I had to upscale and painted it into believable cargo ship without using any 3d elements into it. Its a pure 2d approach used for this kind of master shot. I painted RGB pass to have better control in compositing. Hope you will like it!!
